A Hale Mercantile gift card purchase cannot be cancelled for a refund
Gift cards expire 3 years after activation date and can be used in multiple transactions until the balance is zero.
The security of the unique code associated with a gift card rests with the purchaser or recipient (where purchaser has elected to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient).
A gift card can only be used for purchase of Hale Mercantile products online through the region specific Hale Mercantile website that it was purchased on.
If you make a purchase using the gift card for an amount that exceeds the gift card balance, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method.
If you return or exchange a product purchased using a gift card, our standard returns and exchange policy applies.
Hale Mercantile reserves the right to revoke or cancel a gift card and any orders processed using it if we deem a fraudulent transaction has occurred.
