Cloud-like and abundant, our Basix Linen Quilt is crafted with subtle embellishments delicately embroidered into pure European linen.
Our Basix Linen Quilt is woven from premium Belgian and French long-fibre flax with poly fibre fill. Mid-weight, it offers more warmth than our coverlet. Designed in Melbourne and meticulously crafted in Portugal, each piece is yarn-dyed for rich and lasting colour.
Generous in size at 250cm x 260cm to cover a Queen or King bed, our pure linen quilt is available in 2 timeless colours. Please note this item is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit due to hygiene reasons. Refer to our Colour Guide for more information on colour options.

Product Information
COMPOSITION: 100% luxuriously soft pure linen, poly fibre fill
ORIGIN: Crafted from beginning to end in Europe
FIBRE: Please note this item is not made from our premium yarn-dyed linen but from a finer weave, which has been piece-dyed to better suit its construction. As a result, the colouring may differ slightly from your bedding linen of the same hue.
WEIGHT: 170 gsm
FINISH: Pre-washed and shrunk for softness
COLOUR: Please note that HMCo linen is pre-washed and softened to achieve a natural aged patina. Colour within any one article can be muted in places as a result. This is not a fault in our linen. It is done with intention to achieve our relaxed, aged style.
Pending on availability, the European flax used to spin our yarns can vary from the grower. This can at times affect the dye lot within our yarns. Dye lot variation is common in processing natural fibres. Whilst we do our utmost to avoid this there can at times be slight variances to any colour within the HMCo range. We have offered some additional descriptions of our linen palette that may assist you when selecting a colour.
Care
WASH: Dry-clean professionally or use a gentle machine wash (less than 40 degrees) in a commercial-sized, front-loading machine with mild liquid detergent. Avoid overfilling the machine so the product can move freely during the wash, and do not use a machine with an agitator. To maintain the colour and integrity of your linen, we advise not to use bleach or detergents with optical brighteners or the enzyme cellulase and avoid exposure to continual direct sunlight.
DRY: Our Basix Linen Quilt should be tumble-dried at low heat.
